If your application requires image files to have a line length which is padded to 32 bits, you will need to apply this patch to your scanner after installing FW 3.10.0. This IS NOT a mandatory patch. Only use this patch if your application does not display-process images correctly after upgrade. To install this patch, use SVT – TWAIN – Setup – Download. Once installed, this patch will remain resident on the scanner CPU board. It will need to be reinstalled if your CPU board is replaced. This patch would also need to be applied to all new scanners.

Version CD 3.20 Summary
This release was created to provide Windows VISTA support and correct an issue with TWAIN driver behavior after an Image Address overflow.
Both the TWAIN data source and the ISIS driver for the i800 Series Scanners are bundled into the Scan Validation Tool (SVT). You must install the SVT to access the drivers. You can download the most recent version here.

TWAIN data source 6.65.9 for the i800 Series Scanners. Microsoft VISTA Compliant.
ISIS driver 1.0.10708.24001 for the i800 Series Scanners. Microsoft VISTA Compliant.
Brightness and Contrast Control
The Brightness and Contrast Control allows the user to create custom color tables which can be downloaded to the i800 Series Scanner, providing more flexibility and ease of use.
