The scanning doesn’t work with the software installed from the installation DVD (worked on Windows 7) once it is on Windows 10. Updated drivers and tried aio_install.exe many times and it always ended in error. It also doesn’t tell me what the error is. Tried on both Intel CPU and AMD CPU machines and always the same problem. Please help!
Having the same issue as above: unable to install driver on Windows 10 computer. At the end of installation it indicates it was unsuccessful and nothing else.
Any updates on this?
