I need assistance, I can not install this driver on Windows 10. Because Windows 10 does not have Netframe 2.0. Windows 10 has Netframe 4.0 0r 3.0. When I cal Kodak 1800 421 6699 they say always they are busy and hang up.

I keep getting error (Code 101-5096) “Something is wrong with your network” Driver will not install.
I too get code 101-5096. I think code 101-5096 means that there is no W10 DRIVER for ESP C315. So I have to use an old W7 computer to use the C315, as a scanner in my case.
In W10 64 bit 1. Plug in C315 via cable 2. Get drivers via windows update and then drivers update and then search online 3. Check in device manager that C315 is found 4. Download Scan application from Microsoft to perform scans, for example.
